Project Coordinator Cum Technical Controller

Experienced Project Coordinator cum Technical Controller on Residential Landed Houses.

- Accountable for formulating project plans and schedules, ensuring the timely achievement of project deliverables within defined timelines.

- Oversee efficient contract administration and promote transparent communication among all involved parties in the project.

- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and other project-related documentation.

- Adhere to construction safety measures and ensure compliance at the project site.

- Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, including subcontractors and vendors.

Requirements:

- Possession of a Class 3 Driving License.

- Min. Diploma qualification.

- Minimum of 5 years' experience, preferably in managing projects related to landed residential houses.

- Demonstrated ability to independently oversee and manage projects.

- Proficient in English.

- Able to interpret architectural, structural and M&
E drawings.
