Project Coordinator (M&E/Building/Facility) - Operations

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the coordination and execution of mechanical and electrical (M&
  E) services and projects.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project operations.
  
• Prepare project documentation, including proposals, as-built drawings, schedules, and progress reports.
  
• Monitor project progress, budget, and resource allocation.
  
• Coordinate and manage project changes, resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise.
  
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and clients with provided timely updates.
  
• Support the procurement process by sourcing and selecting suppliers and subcontractors.
  
• Identify and mitigate project risks.
  
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations for M&
  E projects.
  

Requirements:

• Nitec in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or it's equivalent
  
• At least one year related working experience
  
• Experienced in M&
  E drawing is an added advantage
  
• Able to working in a team
