Project Engineer
job description
.Supervise project team and sub-contractors to take positive actions and accountability for their assigned work and complete their works on time as per agreed.
· Monitor and train Project Engineer / Technician.
· Liase with Client, Consultants and Project team for planning, executive and completion of projects.
· Manage and supervise the team of technical staff and subcontractors carry out maintenance services, schedules, improvement works. To make sure standards of building performance, quality, time and cost schedules and safety complied.
· Leading monthly meetings and submission of routine reports.
· Oversea and overall responsible for works carried out by Junior Supervisors assigned.
· Responsible for keeping daily work schedule.
· Attend regular meetings with client, supplier and sub-contractors.
· Analyze, manage and track projects costs against budget
