about the job
- Manage AI projects in factories in Thailand and Indonesia.
- Oversee digital transformation (DX) projects, like supply chain optimization, to boost efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to identify suitable DX solutions.
- Define and scope DX projects with manufacturing staff.
- Communicate project requirements and user needs to AI/software engineers.
- Share best practices across SEA sites for consistent DX implementation.
- Manage the in-house data analyst training curriculum.
- Organize and deliver DX seminars with HR teams.
- Monitor training progress and propose future training plans.
- Implement RPA solutions to automate tasks in sales, finance, and other departments.
- Promote RPA and train employees in SEA sites.
successful candidate
Successful completion of manufacturing DX projects.
3 years of experience and strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and business needs in SEA.
Experience in RPA development and implementation using Power Platform (Power Automate and Power Apps) is a plus.
