Project Executive (Project Management/ Retail Store Experience) Ref Aw

Our client, a reputable Multi-business Company, is looking for a Project Executive.

You will be reporting to the Project Manager and will also be required to have project work experience in retail stores.

Job Responsibilities:

· Liaise with designer and brand principal and operational team to finalize designs and drawings to meet operational requirements.

· Organize design drawings and draft specifications for contract tenders in order to obtain comparison quotes.

· To project-manage and monitor store construction till completion.

· To engage in site supervision and site inspection.

· Work closely with team to ensure high quality of design, while ensuring cost effective solutions.

· To liaise with landlord, consultants, contractors and suppliers for timely completion of store construction.

· To design new shops when budget of designing is not available.

· To draft (digital) drawings.

· To support store operation in terms of up-keeping and maintenance when there is any incident complaints.

· To provide face-lifting proposal of old and tire shop condition.

Requirements:

· 3- 5 years relevant experience in retail stores

· Comfortable with occasional night duties due to job nature
