Project Management Manager (Supply Chain Management)

Working Hour:
8.30am to 5.30pm, Mon~Fri

Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Serve as the primary point of contact and liaison between customers and our internal teams to ensure seamless mass production processes.
  
• Collaborate closely with customers to align on targets and objectives, facilitating effective communication and understanding between both parties.
  
• Lead cross-functional teams within our organization, guiding them through production ramp-up and product transitions.
  
• Drive readiness for production ramp-up by coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure material availability, capacity readiness, and smooth transition plans.
  
• Optimize the supply chain for strategic reasons, considering risks, schedule changes, and demand fluctuations, while leading cross-functional teams to achieve these objectives.
  
• Provide ongoing support for products in a sustaining environment, ensuring continuity and reliability.
  
• Plan and execute the development of New Product Introduction (NPI) builds, ensuring smooth transition to production while meeting cost, quality, and capacity targets to meet customer demand.
  
• Deliver projects with maximum cost efficiency, contributing to overall team success and effectively resolving conflicts when they arise.
  

Requirements:

• 
  
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin (verbal and written) to effectively communicate with Chinese counterparts.
  
• Strong foundational qualities including goal orientation, accountability, excellent communication skills, discipline, time and budget management, collaboration, leadership, and driving cost efficiency.
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field.
  
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on supply chain management.
  
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively and foster a collaborative environment.
  
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex situations and make data-driven decisions.
  
• Ability to thrive under pressure and navigate ambiguous situations with resilience and adaptability.
