Project Manager

We are looking for the role of Project Supervisor / Project Manager to oversee the on-going projects, as well as contribute to developing new business opportunities.

Role &
Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage sites operation and inspection to ensure that workers’ work progress is timely and in order as per master programme.
  
• Plan, coordinate and time management within team members regarding project requirements, schedules and deadlines.
  
• Manage daily / weekly Project Progress Schedules and reports to ensure quality and productivity control.
  
• Meeting with team members and stakeholders promptly for progress updates. Identify, discuss and resolve any arising issues or concerns.
  
• Manage materials deliverables to ensure materials quantity and quality are as per project requirements.
  
• Manage workers’ work schedule and manpower arrangement.
  
• Establish effective communication and project management skills to ensure proper execution and service standards.
  
• Assess and identify any work safety issues and address them accordingly.
  
• Ensure all workplace safety compliance, SOP, rules and regulations, are as per legislation.
  
• Ensure timely project handover to avoid delay and postponement.
  
• Implement and conduct post-project evaluation, identify successful project elements and areas of improvements.
  
• Manage clients’ satisfaction during or after project period, and customer’s certificate of completion.
  
• Liaise with various stakeholders professionally and manage clients’ expectations.
  
• Maintain professional and positive rapport with existing clients.
  
• Identify business opportunities and develop new potential client base.
  
• Provide sound recommendations to Management regarding business activities, work sites issues, SOP and feedback etc.
  
• Any other duties as assigned by Management.
  

About You:

• Min. Diploma in Civil Engineering with min 3 years’ experience in relevant field.
  
• Possesses BSCC with good knowledge in the building and painting field.
  
• Good Project Management skills and ability to manage all projects.
  
• Good time and people management with ability to supervise all projects timeline.
  
• Professional attributes with problem-solving ability.
  
• Positive attitude, proactive and good team player.
  
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with all levels.
  
• Able to commit during weekends / Public Holiday when necessary.
  
• Willing to progress and grow with the Company.
