Project & Safety Administrator

Responsibilities

The Project &
Safety Administrator will be responsible for coordinating and completing project &
safety administrative activities assigned, including but not limited to handling project documentation, monitoring project schedules and progress and communicating with the project stakeholders.

You will report to the Operations Director and will assist with preparing, submitting and managing all project &
safety documentation tocomply with internal and external requirements. You will work closely with the Project Managers, Safety Managers and the Operations team. Your responsibility is to help the Company meet its stated environmental, quality &
safety standards through correct adherence to the documentation process. Tasks include:

• Maintain project documentation for all projects including set up, monitoring and organising all necessary documentation as required by the company in compliance with its ISO process
  
• Assist to prepare and provide documentation to project &
  safety teams and internal stakeholders including but not limited to weekly progress reports, project budgets, billing cycles, project admin setup, etc
  
• Assist to prepare and provide documentation to external stakeholders including but not limited to regulatory submissions and client project handover documents,
  
• Measure, analyse and report on project safety performance including but not limited to incident reporting and sub-contractor performance
  
• Manage stakeholder communication including seeking feedback on WSH &
  sustainability mattersthrough regular discussions, surveys, etc
  
• Any other task that may be assigned to you from time to time
