Project Site Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Carry out daily site supervision, coordination, and quality assurance of on-site
  
• Supervise &
  Coordinate day-to-day site works, including sub-contract works, safety, and quality control.
  
• To perform the engineer’s role on method statement, implement cost &
  time efficiency on the operation, and supervise site works compliances and inspection requirement
  
• Keep track of variation and claims of contract and cost impact
  
• Checking plans, drawings, and quantities for accuracy of calculation
  
• Take reasonable practical measures to eliminate any foreseeable risk to any person who is at the workplace
  
• Liaise with the consultant and carry out a site inspection
  
• Attend meeting with clients or sub-contractors on work progression and prepare meeting progression report
  
• Any other work as required by the Company from time to time.
  

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor in Civil Engineering
  
• Must have experience in diaphragm wall and bored-piling
  
• Min 3 years of relevant experience
  
• Experience in construction (MRT/LTA/deep tunneling Projects) will be an advantage
  
• Candidate with lifting engineer cert &
  experience will be a plus
  
• Able to work independently
  
• Proficient in auto cad, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  
• Good rapport skills, able to communicate with all levels of person
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meticulous and strong organizational skills
