What you will be working on


As a member of the Service Strategy &
Engagement section, youwill focus in developing comprehensive strategies to deliver integrated services across diverse healthcare finance schemes. This involves overseeing and coordinating publicity and outreach efforts to ensure unified messaging across all channels, lead initiatives aimed at shaping member behavior and identifying opportunities to improve customer journeys, thereby enhancing overall engagement effectiveness.


In this role, you will:


  • Review and enhance integration of services and strategic communications across various healthcare financing schemes to effectively support members' healthcare financing needs.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify user values and needs, translating them into innovative service concepts and solutions.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders on data analytics initiatives to uncover actionable insights and refine service and communication strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead planning and execution of cross-functional projects aimed at supporting the administration of national healthcare financing schemes managed by CPFB.


What we are looking for


We value the diverse talents and experiences that each individual brings to the table. While mastery of every requirement may not be necessary, familiarity and expertise in some of the following areas will position you for success within this team.


  • Prior experience as a User Researcher, strategic communications or in a similar role, with a relevant background in applying design methodologies to improve service experiences.
  • Experience in developing and implementing strategic initiatives aimed at integrating services and communications.
  • Experience in leveraging data analytics tools and methodologies to drive decision-making and refine service strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Experience in identifying user values and needs, and creatively translate them into innovative service concepts and solutions.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey strategic concepts and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Design Thinking, Behavioural Insights, or User Experience Design methodologies would be advantageous, bringing additional perspectives to enhance service delivery.
  • The seniority of appointment and actual corporate job title will commensurate with individual work experiences.
  • Position is on a 1-year full-time contract directly under the payroll of CPF Board with an option to renew, contingent upon confirmation and subject to organisational needs.Additionally, there is potential for emplacement into a permanent position.
