Promoter Cum Merchandiser

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure achievement of monthly sales targets.
  
• Promote products and proactively seek client feedback and business opportunities.
  
• Planning and execution of roadshows and outlet promotion/ events.
  
• Optimizing the product assortment in retail outlets through effective categorisation and management of merchandising concepts.
  
• Ensure maintenance of creative marketing collaterals, promotion/ event materials, store displays, point-of-sale and signage in retail outlets.
  
• Responsible for inventory management, and conducting regular stock checks.
  
• Keep abreast with industry trends and competitor activities.
  
• Any other adhoc duties assigned
  

REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess at least a higher secondary/ Pre-U/ A-level, Professional Certificate/NITEC, any field.
  
• Min 2 years of working experience in smartphone or handheld devices industry.
  
• Sales driven, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Ability to demonstrate strong creativity and imagination.
  
• A good team player, service-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
• Able to perform retail operational hours which includes weekends and public holidays
  

Basic salary + Commission
