Property Executive (Unit Handover)

• Provide quality service to customers for handover of properties and defects management.
  
• Gather customers' feedback for sharing with key stakeholders for improvements to our products and service.
  
• Handle sold units from DPD/Main Contractor upon TOP and prepare internal memo to Sales Admin for issuance of Notice of Progress Payment to purchasers.
  
• Prepare unit with handover amenities, handover kit and welcome gift.
  

Requirements:

• Diploma in Real Estate or equivalent
  
• At least 2 years of handover experience in Property/Real Estate industry.
  
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
