Property Portfolio Executive (Building And Facilities)

Our client is a global MNC in real estate and investment management. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Property Operations Specialist to be part of their Facilities Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the East - easily accessible.

Duties of Property Portfolio Executive:

• Create and implement asset strategies to meet client objectives and ensure cost efficiency.
  
• Maintain a high level of service, reflected in positive client feedback.
  
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations, such as public liability, fire safety, and essential building systems.
  
• Prepare and deliver accurate reports to the client and senior management, including asset plans, business plans, and management reports.
  
• Manage risks by implementing proper safety and risk management plans, focusing on contractors and building operations.
  
• Ensure staff and contractors are properly trained and inducted, with a focus on succession planning and performance management.
  
• Ensure the team understands and complies with all terms of the Managing Agent Agreement with the client.
  

Requirements:

• DIploma / Degree in related field
  
• Relevant experience with Commercial Buildings
