Purchase Executive

  5 day work week (include weekend &

• Working Hours:
  8am to 5.30pm /10.30am -8pm (Shift)
  
• Salary:
  $1,800-$3,000
  

Job Description

• Research potential vendors
  
• Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
  
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery
  
• Review quality of purchased products
  
• Enter order details (e.G. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
  
• Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
  
• Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
  
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage
  
• Assist with hamper packaging
  

Requirement:

• Work experience as a Purchasing Officer, Purchasing Agent or similar role
  
• Understanding of supply chain procedures
