Purchasing/Procurement Officer (Semicon Manufacturing)

Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and build relationships with suppliers to meet company needs.
  
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure advantageous agreements.
  
• Monitor supplier performance, ensuring quality and timely delivery of goods.
  
• Expand the supplier network and mitigate supply chain risks by sourcing new suppliers continuously.
  
• Resolve supplier-related issues promptly and manage disputes effectively.
  
• Procure semiconductor materials, spare parts, equipment, and services based on customer schedules.
  
• Maintain optimal inventory levels, collaborate with quality control, and implement cost-saving measures while ensuring quality standards.
  

Requirements:

• At least 1 - 2 of purchasing or procurement experience in the semiconductor or manufacturing industry
  
• Candidates with proficiency in SAP is highly preferred
  
• Possess fundamental understanding or knowledge with semiconductor manufacturing processes and components will provide an added advantage
