Qa Executive

Job Description:

• Manage internal quality audit program from audit planning to implementation and reporting to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Support and create training materials and work closely with various departments to deliver our annual work plan.
• Propose and implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions with proper follow up and documentation.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement, non-conformities, and opportunities for enhancing quality process.
• Work with the production team to build a product that meets customer expectations.
• Assisting in developing, implementing, and maintaining quality management systems based on ISO/ HACCP/ HALAL/ FSSC standards.
• Propose and support quality improvement projects and manage customer complaints.
• Assist in the preparation of audits by external certification bodies, ensuring all necessary documentation is in place and readily accessible.
• Manage the documentation of quality control activities, including inspection reports, test results, and correctiveactionplans.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum diploma in Food Science/ Technology or other relevant fields.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Passionate in upholding food safety and possess good knowledge of SFA, GMP, HACCP, ISO22000 requirements.
• Possess a keen learning attitude, proactive and decisive.
• Keen eye for details and meticulous with competency in report writing.
• Independent, committed and have strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, handle stress in a fast-paced environment and meeting tight deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be able to communicate effectively between inter-departmental levels.
• Must be comfortable to work in a cold environment.
