Qaqc Engineer (Mechanical)

Responsibilities:

• Report to the Projects Operations Manager.
  
• Interpret and understand Engineering Drawings, Piping Isometrics, P&
  ID, and SLD in the relevant field.
  
• Documentation and very good understanding of Welder Qualifications, Testing, Shop &
  Site Welding and piping&
  Steel Inspection.
  
• Demonstrate strong teamwork and communication skills, effectively interacting with all levels of the project team.
  
• Liaise with clients, end users, sub-contractors, and other parties involved in the project.
  
• Identify and flag any discrepancies or issues in QAQC processes and documentation.
  
• Collaborate closely with the Project Management Team, handling both site and office tasks.
  
• Consolidate and submit project documentation to the end user/client in accordance with project deliverables.
  
• Utilize MS Software and AutoCAD for Mechanical and Piping Drawings in QAQC documentation and submissions.
  

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering.
  
• At least 5 years of on-site experience during the Project Execution Phase within Utilities, Oil &
  Petrochemical, and/or Manufacturing Industries.
  

Skills:

• Strong understanding of engineering drawings and relevant documentation.
  
• Proficient in MS Software and AutoCAD.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Attention to detail and ability to identify issues in QAQC processes.
  
• Capability to manage both on-site and office-related tasks efficiently.
