Job Summary:

Conducts Quality Control (QC) inspections on products, materials, components, parts, etc., at various stages of the production process to ensure compliance with established quality and reliability standards. Recommends new or enhanced methods, procedures and standards. Individual should have a continuous improvement mindset and constantly seek to improve Lab operation processes.

Job Description
To ensure timely testing of Environmental and Personnel Monitoring, Stability, Utilities, Components, Raw Materials and finished products samples, and timely records review as per GMP requirements
To assist in investigation on laboratory equipment failure, excursions, Out of Specifications and any other Non-Conformance Investigation
To perform laboratory data trending and escalate any adverse trends accordingly
Ensure general laboratory cleanliness and to perform and maintain excellent laboratory housekeeping
To prepare, support and front internal or external audits in shaping a successful audit outcome
Ensure no critical observation from HA audit
Any other duties assigned
