Job Summary
- Write and assist others to write guidelines and SOPs
- Prepare Customer Complaint analysis reports.
- Provide assistance to oversee GXO quality operations.
- SEA devices sales data update.
- Prepare Quality PPT for Quality Review with SEA bi-monthly meeting.
- Support in ID Heavy Metal testing arrangement.
- Responding to feedback/enquiries related to quality issue from SEA Market if needed.
