Quantity Surveyor - 5 Days Wrk

Responsibilities:

• In charge of reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.
  
• Examining maintenance, material costs, and contracts to ensure best deals.
  
• Coordinate with the clients, contractors, subcontractors, and site managers.
  
• Reports, analysis, contracts, budgets, risk assessments, and other documents must be prepared.
  
• Provide information to the Managers and clients for improvements and new initiatives.
  
• Monitor the materials and order additional supplies as needed.
  
• Document the design modifications and budget updates.
  
• Provide issuance of contracts to factories and suppliers.
  
• Developing and sustaining professional relationships with both external and internal stakeholders.
  
• Visiting various sites.
  

Requirements:

• Prior working experience in Quantity Surveying
  
• Able to work independently.
