Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Taking care of primary costs and contracts of construction projects, estimating, and planning cost
  
• Monitor, track change orders, sub-contractors drawing list and materials delivery
  
• Tender / Post-contract administration and documentation, valuations pricing and agreement of contract variations
  
• Ensure delivering a successful project within budget, cost and the stipulated time frame.
  

Requirements:

• Min Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering / Construction Management or relevant field
  
• Possesses QS experience with building projects
  
• Demonstrates strong technical competence and excellent time management skills
  
• Confident individual with excellent interpersonal skills in leading a team.
