  Quantity Surveyor – Up to $4,500 + AWS – Lower Delta Road
  
• Location:
  Lower Delta Road (2 Bus Stops from Tiong Bahru MRT)
  
• Working Hours:
  Mondays to Fridays | 8:
  30am to 5:
  30pm AND 1 Saturday per month Half Day
  
• Salary (commensurate with experience):
  Up to $4,500 + AWS + Medical Benefits + 14 Days Annual Leave + Variable Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Handle general call enquiries
  
• Prepare Quotations and do follow up with customers
  
• Prepare for Tender bid
  
• Carry out Quantity Take off for project which includes sourcing for suppliers and sub- contractors, collate price comparison and costing summary
  
• Prepare interim valuations pricing and Agreement of contract variations, progress claims and monitor project cash flow
  
• Assist in the settlement of the project final accounts with clients, suppliers and sub-contractors
  
• Attend meetings on site and with consultants as and when needed
  
• Project budget and analyse the cash flow of the project
  
• Any other ad-hoc administrative works as assigned by the respective head
  

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Quantity Surveyor with at least one year of relevant working experience
  
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook etc
  
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with associates who can only speak Mandarin
