Quantity Surveyor

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Assist and support the Contracts Manager in contract administration including measurement and sourcing, purchasing, procurement, progress payment certification and/or variation order.

· To support and work with operation team to manage the subcontractors/suppliers to ensure site activities are on schedule and prompt payment to subcontractors/suppliers.

· Other QS duties as assigned from time to time.

REQUIREMENT:

· Tertiary Education in Quantity Surveying fields

· Related QS experience such as measurement, sourcing of suppliers, evaluation of pricing,etc.

· Minimum 2 years related experience in building or civil

· Good team player and passion at work

· Applicant must be willing to work in the east area (site location)
