Role and responsibility
· Handle phone calls and attend walk-in guests.
· Manage general email enquiries, daily mailings and couriers.
· Administrative support to audit team.
· Maintenance and filling of documents.
· Manage office admin matters.
· Other duties or tasks as required.
Requirement
· Relevant working experience
· Good interpersonal and communication skills
· Possess initiative, ability to work independently, multi-tasking and committed
· Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
· Good command of English and Mandarin language
· Singaporean and PR is preferrable
