Marketing and Sales/Talent Acquisition:
Engage in candidate sourcing activities, such as publishing job advertisements and conducting candidate referrals, to ensure a consistent supply of candidates to meet client's needs.
Business Development:
Initiate a range of business development and marketing activities to build new corporate clients and grow your own client portfolio.
Candidate Management:
Manage candidates job needs and expectations, their payroll and employment benefits.

Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in ANY Discipline (eg communications, marketing, business, sales, psychology, science etc) - Entry Level welcome as 1-to-1 mentorship provided!
- Strong interest in marketing and/or business development with good business acumen
- Possess enthusiasm and most importantly, passion for people
