Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a crucial role in matching talented professionals with the right job opportunities. This role requires a high level of professionalism, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, recruitment databases, networking events, and referrals to identify potential candidates for open positions.
- Screening and Interviews:
Conduct initial screening of candidates, assessing their skills, experiences, and career goals. This also includes arranging and conducting interviews, either in person or virtually, between clients and shortlisted candidates. - Relationship Management:
Maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business. Provide advice and feedback to both parties during the recruitment process. - Recruitment Process Management:
Oversee the recruitment process end-to-end, from initial client contact to candidate placement, ensuring a smooth and effective recruitment cycle. - Market Insights:
Stay abreast with current industry trends, salary benchmarking, and market challenges to advise clients and candidates accurately. - Negotiation:
Act as a negotiator between clients and candidates on job offers, ensuring successful placement.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Exceptional ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent command of both English and Chinese to manage a diverse client and candidate base.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- A goal-driven mindset with a passion for recruitment and talent acquisition.
