Regional Finance Business Partner (Manager/Senior Manager)

• Strategic Finance Partner:
  Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate financial insights into strategic decisions, supporting the overall success of the cluster.
  
• Financial Oversight:
  Manage financial operations, including audit, tax, and accounting functions, ensuring the integration of financial guidance into business strategies through profitability and performance analyses.
  
• Accurate Reporting:
  Ensure the preparation of precise and timely financial statements and reports for management, head office, regulatory authorities, and regional offices.
  
• Project Leadership:
  Lead integration projects post-acquisition, identify process improvements, and implement efficient solutions in collaboration with function heads and various teams.
  
• Technology Integration:
  Utilize advanced technological solutions like Oracle/SAP, automation, and data analytics to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness.
  
• Cash and Capital Management:
  Oversee cash management processes, including forecasting and liquidity management, and drive initiatives to optimize the company’s capital allocation.
  
• Standards and Compliance:
  Establish and maintain standards, procedures, and internal controls in line with accounting standards, legal regulations, and company policies.
  
• Team Leadership and Development:
  Foster a team-based culture, providing mentorship and development opportunities to staff, and leading the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and audits.
  

Requirements:

• Education and Qualifications:
  Degree in Finance or Accounting and be a qualified Chartered Accountant with at least 10 years of experience in Shipping/Logistics or relevant industries.
  
• Business Acumen:
  Demonstrate strong business acumen to balance commercial and financial considerations in delivering solutions.
  
• Financial Expertise:
  Possess a solid understanding of financial accounting standards and local regulatory requirements, particularly in Southeast Asia markets.
  
• Communication and Analytical Skills:
  Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
  
• Leadership and Technical Proficiency:
  Proven ability in project management and decision-making, with skills in managing timelines, building relationships, and leading teams. Proficiency in MS Excel is advanced, and familiarity with Oracle Fusion and SAP is advantageous.
