Sales Strategy:
Develop and execute plans to boost revenue and market presence for high-end grinding machinery in the SEA region.
Customer Engagement:
Identify and engage clients in aerospace, manufacturing, and automotive;
understanding their technical needs and propose solutions, liaising with the technical service teammates when required.
Technical Liaison:
Bridge sales and technical teams, ensuring customer needs align with product capabilities, and collaborate internally across regional markets for effective sales strategies.
- About 5 years of B2B work experience in Sales of high-end machinery or complex technical products to niche industries.
- Strong contact network across Aerospace/Manufacturing/Automotive industries is a plus as these sectors are key accounts and targeted customers of my client.
- Experience in regional travel and comfortable with at least once a month of travel to SEA markets;
attending trade shows and conferences in addition to stakeholders' meetings. - Comfortable with technical presentations and developing of sales pitch/deck to engage with Leadership/C-Suite level stakeholders during customers' visits.
