Regional Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region.
  
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
  
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful execution of sales plans.
  
• Provide timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts to Director.
  
• Hiring, training, and providing professional development for the teams and setting weekly, monthly, or quarterly goals based on the team's performance to date.
  
• Generate reports tracking how well each individual teams member achieves these seasonal targets.
  

Requirements:

• Degree in business, sales &
  marketing or related professional qualifications
  
• 1 years of relevant working experience
  

Remunerations :

• Basic Salary $2800 - 3300
  
• Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm
  
• Entitled AL and ML
