Job Summary:


As an Assistant Relationship Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Business Relationship Manager in managing and cultivating client relationships. Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Liaise with clients to complete credit applications, financial data, and documentation.
  • Assist the Business Relationship Manager in credit evaluations.
  • Process credit memos.
  • Conduct operational and credit verification, including site visits when necessary.
  • Review loan requests and assess clients’ financial status.
  • Maintain updated records of loan applications and monitor the progress of existing loans.
  • Approach potential clients to establish relationships.
  • Understand client needs and develop plans and solutions to address them.
  • Support department-related activities such as exhibitions, roadshows, events, site visits, etc., both indoor and outdoor.

Requirements:


  • Must possess at least an SPM/Post Graduate Diploma in Finance, Banking, Accounting, or a related course (a professional certificate is an advantage).
  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience.
  • Experience in SME/Credit Companies
