Rendering - Designer|Full-Time

Working Hours and Location:

• 5 days (9:
  00am - 6pm)

Job Responsbilities:

• Sketch preliminary design plans, including floor plan layouts· Researching and gathering information and photographs relating to the project
  
• Preparing detailed working drawings, designs, plans, 3D perspectives and schemes.
  
• Able to present the proposed design and provide advice on design conceptualization, material, etc to client.
  
• 3D Visualization:
  Create high-quality 3D renderings and visualizations to communicate design ideas effectively to clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
  
• Technical Drawings:
  Prepare detailed technical drawings, including plans, elevations, and construction documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
  

Requirements:

• Proven 4 to 5 years working experience as a 3D Commercial Designer specializing in retail fit-out and event set up, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects.
  
• Technical Skills:
  Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools. Experience with rendering software (e.G., V-Ray, Corona Renderer) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is required.
  
• Design Excellence:
  Demonstrated ability to translate conceptual ideas into compelling 3D visualizations and technical drawings. Experience in spatial planning, material selection, and fixture design within retail and event environments is preferred.
