What you'll be doing:
- SAP Expertise:
Act as the key user for SAP, solving system errors and handling new project implementations (e.G., Y1, RFM module). - Cross-Department Coordination:
Liaise with internal departments (Workshop, Sales, Finance) and customers to resolve PO/invoice disputes, special requirements, and system changes. - Reporting and Analysis:
Run Excel reports upon request, verify third-party invoices, and reconcile stocks in SAP. - Team Leadership:
Lead and support the rental admin team, providing guidance, addressing issues, and implementing improvement ideas. - Meeting Management:
Set up and lead regular meetings with the rental admin team, reporting to the Rental Manager.
Support Responsibilities:
- Oversee rental administration tasks, including:
Rental truck reservations and contract issuance
Monitoring rental agreement status - Work order issuing and coordination
- Daily truck movement updates
- External and internal invoicing
- Customer data quality maintenance in SAP
What we look for:
- Minimum bachelor's degree in business/ engineering
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience in SAP is preferred
- Knowledge on Letter of Credit and Shipping Terms
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with various stakeholders
