Job Responsibilities

Maintenance documentation

· Analyze Component Maintenance Manuals (CMM) and Engineering Data, identify associated repair needs and prepare repair procedures.

· Support and train technicians in accordance with the necessary updates (CMM, process, &
etc.).

· Lead initiatives to implement necessary technical changes.

· Be the focal point for technical writers who are in charge of repair’s documentation and support services to MRO, such as technical direction or quality matters.

Deployment of Entry to Service (EIS) / industrialization of new products:

· Define the means to ensure the industrialization of new products and ensure that it is in compliance with specifications, and Quality Cost Delivery (QCD), safety &
environmental requirements

· Provide guidance/support to Production Team with critical industrials deliverables such as:

o production processes as required for the products;

o new production lines and associated layouts;

o tools, tooling and test equipment.

Support the flow / the production line:

· Calibration monitoring of required means, maintenance of required means

· Line tooling management

· Visible and accessible "
Methods Support"
function to support the production line

· Piloting 8D projects

· Lead initiatives to implement new production processes

Qualifications

· Bachelor degree with at least 3 years of relevant experiences as a generalist engineer, with background in mechanical engineering or industrial engineering. Prior experience in aviation/aerospace MRO will be an advantage.

· Possess knowledge in competence areas (Repair, project management, quality, &
etc), particularly in Methods and/or Industrialization, production and maintenance. Ability to display synthesis skills and possess knowledge in technical skills of Industrialization Projects Management and mechanics.

· Ability to work as a team, in cross-functional and multi-disciplinary set-up.
