DigiFT’s founding team comprises executives who have held positions within the finance and fintech worlds at Citi, Standard Chartered, Morgan Stanley, Shenzhen Stock Exchange and possess deep blockchain technology knowledge, having successfully developed digital asset exchange and products in the past.

What We're Doing:

At DigiFT, we're pioneering the next generation of capital markets by harnessing the power of blockchain technologies. We're actively fostering collaborations with both traditional financial institutions and Web3 communities to bridge the gap between Web2 and Web3. A central aspect of our mission is the tokenization of real-world assets (RWAs), enabling traditional assets to benefit from increased efficiency, transparency, and accountability on-chain. However, our vision extends beyond this, and we are committed to exploring new frontiers in decentralized finance (DeFi) and beyond.

Role Description:

We are currently seeking a dynamic research analyst to join our team, collaborating closely with our core team on research initiatives that support sales, partnerships, product development, and asset origination at DigiFT, the regulated on-chain exchange.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth analysis and research on various topics, including industrial trends and specific project assessments.
  
• Perform market analysis across both Web3 and traditional financial markets to identify emerging opportunities and trends.
  
• Explore and understand DeFi and Web3 fund trading or yield strategies, contributing insights to our product development efforts.
  
• Foster communication and collaboration with external researchers and relevant communities to stay abreast of the latest developments in the field.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with practical experience in either traditional finance or the Web3 sector.
  
• Strong understanding of Web3 and blockchain technologies, with familiarity in on-chain data analysis tools such as Dune (SQL), 0xscope, etc. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is essential.
  
• This position may involve communication with colleagues or target research companies who speak different languages, such as English or Chinese.
  
• Self-motivated individual capable of working remotely, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  
• Familiarity with AI tools is advantageous but not mandatory.
