What this job involves:

Supporting the Research &
Consultancy Team

• Reporting to the Head of Research &
  Consultancy, you have the following duties and responsibilities:
  
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the Research &
  Consulting business unit and achieve its allocated annual income target.
• Maintain status of JLL Consulting as a market leader locally and regionally.
• Keep research &
  consulting services relevant to both internal and external clients' needs.
• Establish, maintain and review the database management system for the data bank of a specific asset class. Prepare and draft of market studies, feasibility analysis and research reports.
• Draft and ensure the timely delivery of press releases and write-ups in the press/various publications to gain strategic publicity coverage for the firm.
• Prepare presentation material.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum qualification:
  Bachelor Degree in Real Estate, Economics, Accounting &
  Finance or in other relevant qualifications is required. Honours preferred.
• Experience/Internship in research and consultancy advisory function, and some knowledge of mapping tools will be advantageous.
• Some knowledge of the Singapore property markets.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Possesses good analytical, communicative and organizational skills.
• A team player, goal driven, creative and has initiative.
• Preferably 1-2 years of relevant experience. Fresh graduates can apply.
• Freshly graduates with passion in Research are welcomed to apply
