A Research Associate position is currently available in the Nanyang Environment &
Water Research Institute.
Key Responsibilities:

• Support research work in climate resilience for the coastal environment, particularly on long-term monitoring of waves and currents in coastal waters.
• Responsible for administrative duties including fund requisition, disbursement, auditing and financial reporting.
• Responsible for managing and organizing project data storage.
• Supervise the drone imagery acquisition, obtain required regulatory permits and execute any necessary field work.
• Assist in data processing and integration into the data management framework.
• Summarize the findings in this project and assist in the production of high-quality research reports.

Job Requirements:

• Master of Engineering in Civil and Environmental Engineering or related disciplines.
• At least 2 years of research experience in UAV data acquisition and processing.
• At least 4 years of experience in project management.
• Highly motivated individual who is able to work independently.
• Good communication skills &
  team player.
• Strong interest in research work and project management.
• Highly driven, independent, and resourceful.
