Research Associate/Research Fellow (Social Science)

The Psychology of Socioeconomic Inequality (PSI) Lab based in the College of Business, Nanyang Business School at Nanyang Technological University (NTU) in Singapore, is recruiting a Research Associate/ Research Fellow with a strong research foundation in the Experience Sampling Method (ESM). The position will be for a year.
The Research Associate/ Research Fellow will conduct original ESM research with an inter-disciplinary team of social scientists, led by Assistant Professor Charlene Chen from Nanyang Business School at NTU, examining the psychological experiences of socioeconomic inequality in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop ESM research designs and measures;
  
• Conduct research studies;
  
• Conduct data analyses (i.E., multilevel modeling);
  and
• Publish research in journals.

Job Requirements:

• For Research Fellow position - Ph.D. in a social science discipline (e.G., psychology, organizational behavior, consumer behavior), or for Research Associate position - Master degree in a social science discipline.
• Proficient and have substantial experience in using the Experience Sampling Method, including the development of ESM designs and measures, running ESM studies, conducting ESM data analyses (i.E., multilevel modeling), and publishing ESM research.
• Published journal articles with ESM studies would be an added advantage.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong ability in working as part of a team and independently.
