Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Research Intern to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals with a keen interest in HR, recruitment, and sales, who are eager to develop their skills in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support practice leader on projects including new market research and talent mapping
  
• Conduct market research to provide market intelligence on current market landscape, skillsets in demand and talent trends
  
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project related information in our database.
  
• Contribute to the development of job descriptions, postings, and marketing materials.
  

Minimum Requirements:

• Availability to work at least 3-4 days a week.
  
• Some experience in HR, recruitment, recruitment agencies, or sales.
  
• Strong work ethic, self-driven, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
