Resident Engineer (C&S)

Responsibilities

• Supervise construction activities on-site to ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and regulations
  
• Manage Resident Technical Officer(s) in performing their duties on site
  
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with safety standards
  
• Resolve any technical issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
  
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including progress reports, site records, and inspection reports
  
• Collaborate with QP, site management team and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
  
• Any other duties to be assigned from time to time
  

Pre-requisites

• Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the Professional Engineers Board
  
• Registered with IES/ ACES with min 2 years relevant experience
  
• Conversant with local building codes and regulations
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  
• Excellent communication skills and a good team player
  
• Project location:
  Jurong Island (Transport will be provided from designated pick-up points)
