Resident Technical Officer C&S (Part Time)

Job Description &
Requirements

• To carry out site supervision and inspection of the works including any off-site manufacturing as instructed by the consultant team so as to ensure that the works are constructed to require quality and accuracy.
  
• To monitor progress of the works on site and at any off-site manufacturing facilities and report delays immediately.
  
• To provide standing supervision as and when directed by the consultant team.
  
• To check services routes and contractor’s setting out and report any deviations to the consultant team.
  
• To verify reports and claims submitted by contractors.
  
• To record all variations as instructed or approved by consultant team.
  
• Candidate must be registered with BCA/IES as Resident Technical Officer
  
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  
• Preferably Executive specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
  
• Required Skill(s):
  supervision in concrete works, structural steel construction, Supervision of architectural works.
  
• Able to start work by:
  Aug 2024 (Part Time job)
  
• Contract duration:
  2 years (likely to be extended)
  
• Project Location:
  14 Tractor Road
  
• Project Type:
  Reconstruction of 1st storey slab on micropiles, mezzanine floor etc. (A&
  A works)
  
• Salary range :
  $ 30 per hour, $ 240 per day - Min 8.5 hours (paid hourly/ daily)
