Saffron Sips is a vibrant Indian restaurant in Singapore, offering authentic cuisine in a modern setting. We're seeking an enthusiastic intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in restaurant operations.

Key Learning Opportunities:

1. Restaurant Management:
Observe and assist in daily operations

2. Customer Service:
Interact with guests and learn service excellence

3. Food &
Beverage:
Gain knowledge about Indian cuisine and beverages

4. Marketing:
Contribute to social media and promotional activities

5. Event Planning:
Assist in organizing and executing special events

Responsibilities:

1. Shadow various restaurant roles (host, server, kitchen staff)

2. Assist in customer service and guest relations

3. Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant

4. Support inventory management and stock taking

5. Contribute to menu development and food presentation

6. Assist in creating social media content and managing online presence

7. Help coordinate special events and promotions

8. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improvement

Requirements:

1. Current student or recent graduate in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field

2. Strong interest in restaurant operations and Indian cuisine

3. Excellent communication skills in English;
knowledge of other languages is a plus

4. Basic computer skills (MS Office, social media platforms)

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

6. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

7. Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
