Retail/Distribution Executive

Job Description

The Retail executives will provide support to Blitzminis, and work with the relevant managers to manage and research new product lines, retailers and strategies for the store. This may include working with relevant stakeholders and designing new contests or promotions for the store, assisting with stocking, inventory and store layout changes.

Under this role, you will be expected to:
– assist in retail and event management
– Creating new promotions / discounts to better serve Blitzminis customers
– Assisting retail manager with any inventory or layout changes to the store
– Assisting with special events, sales and promotions as needed
– data entry, brochure/poster design
-Packing distribution orders, arranging logistics and reorders to maintain stock levels
– Ad hoc duties as assigned

Working hours:
5 days rostered work week (inclusive of 1 weekend), 8-10 hrs per day, arranged by manager.

Bonus entitlement, based on monthly sales target

– Self-motivated and strong work ethic
– People-oriented with strong communication skills
