Retail Leasing Executive (Contract)

• Prepare lease agreements and other leasing related documentation.
  
• Liaise with tenants and building occupants on leasing and tenancy related matters.
  
• Responsible for negotiation of lease renewals with tenants.
  

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business or equivalent
  
• At least 2 years in handling lease administration and renewals in Retail/Shopping Mall.
