Retail Sales Promoter (Singaporeans)

ODORE Pte Ltd manufactures and distributes natural and organic bodycare products for skin and pain/stress relief. We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Retail Sales Promoter to join our team on a full-time basis. This position is only open to Singaporeans and Permanent Residents. Seniors are welcome to apply.

Retail Sales Promoter

Location 1:
NUH Retail Pharmacy

Location 2:
Polyclinic (Bt Batok) Retail Pharmacy.

Beauty / Wellness
Work schedule:
5 days / week, Retail hours (9:
30am - 5:
30pm), Mondays - Fridays

Responsibilities:
1. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
2. Provide product information and advice to customers
3. Demonstrate products and perform beauty treatments if required
4. Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the company
5. Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of retail displays
6. Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
7. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints
8. Collaborate with team members to achieve overall business goals
9. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements:
1. Singaporeans or Permanent Residents only
2. Previous experience in retail sales is preferred, preferably in beauty or wellness industries
3. Communication and interpersonal skills
4. Sales skills and customer service orientation
5. Work independently and team player
6. Knowledge of beauty products and treatments is preferred
7. Proficiency in English is preferred
