Our client is a Luxury Fashion MNC. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Retail Store Leader to be part of their Retail Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in multiple locations islandwide - easily accessible.

Duties of Retail Store Leader:

• Drive store productivity and achieve sales targets.
  
• Foster a high-energy, sales-oriented atmosphere.
  
• Ensure top-notch service by providing ongoing feedback and support to staff.
  
• Collaborate with key stakeholders for seamless operations and sales achievement.
  
• Maintain high standards in store presentation and upkeep.
  
• Address underperformance through targeted development plans or counseling.
  
• Acknowledge and reward individual staff achievements.
  
• Develop and implement strategies to tackle business challenges and achieve goals.
