Rhel Engineer

RHEL Engineer (Red Hat Enterprise Linux Engineer) We are seeking a skilled RHEL Engineer to join our team. As an RHEL Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Red Hat Enterprise Linux-based systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the availability, performance, and security of our RHEL infrastructure. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of RHEL operating systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for working with Linux-based environments. Responsibilities:
1. Design, deploy, and maintain RHEL-based systems, including servers, virtualization platforms, and network infrastructure. 2. Install, configure, and troubleshoot RHEL operating systems, system services, and applications. 3. Monitor system performance, identify and resolve bottlenecks, and optimize RHEL environments. 4. Implement security measures and best practices to protect RHEL systems from vulnerabilities and threats. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet business requirements. 6. Conduct regular system updates, patches, and upgrades to ensure RHEL systems are up to date and secure. 7. Perform system monitoring, log analysis, and performance tuning to maintain optimal RHEL performance. 8. Assist in the development and enforcement of RHEL-related policies, procedures, and standards. 9. Troubleshoot and resolve RHEL-related incidents, working closely with support teams and vendors when needed. 10. Stay up to date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices related to RHEL. Requirements:
1. Strong knowledge and experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) operating systems. 2. Familiarity with Linux system administration, including installation, configuration, and maintenance. 3. Experience with virtualization technologies (e.G., VMware, KVM) and containerization platforms (e.G., Docker, Kubernetes) on RHEL. 4. Knowledge of system monitoring tools and methodologies to ensure system availability and performance. 5. Understanding of networking concepts and protocols in a Linux environment. 6. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues. 7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. 8. Relevant certifications such as Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) or Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) are preferred.
