Roadshow Sales Supervisor

As our Sales supervisor, you will report to Senior Roadshow Manager in managing our team of promoters and to lead by example, inspiring and guiding the team to deliver outstanding service and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Reach out and engage general public
• Lead and motivate team to drive delivery of consistently high standards of performance and behaviour
• Consult with prospects and convert leads into business
• Pursue sales opportunity and close the deals effectively
• Be a positive representative of the company and its brand by conducting yourself with professionalism and integrity
• Training and onboarding new roadshow promoters
• Planning of work schedule for the team
• Liaise with vendors
• Any other ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with supervisory and management experience
• Proven ability to engage and handle customers' queries
• Basic PC knowledge
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Outgoing and friendly personality
• Team player

Work details

• Roadshows have varied work locations
• 5.5 work week, no shift work
• Salary 3k and up, negotiable based on work experience
• References needed from past managers (no peer reference accepted)
