Sales Admin (Woodlands - 5 Day)

Job Description

-Manage incoming and outgoing emails and phone calls

-Liaise with different associates to provide quotations, sourcing purchasing of materials.

-Arrange logistics and administrative matters.

-Issue Sales &
Purchase Orders Documents

-Manage incoming and outgoing emails

-Liaise with different associates on all sales and purchases matters

-Arrange and prepare local and overseas inbound and outbound shipment

-Any other ad-hoc matters assigned by hiring manager and management if needed.

Job Requirement

-Knowledge on Microsoft Office

-Able to type and manage emails professionally with different associates

-Fast learner and willing to learn

-Self-Motivated

- Able to communicate with both English speaking associates and Mandarin speaking associates via email and phone.

-Comfortable working in a team and able to perform under minimal supervision

-Love to communicate with people

-Qualification - Above O-Level or Equivalent and Above

Other Information

-Able to attend face-to-face interview only

-Two way transport is provided between Sembawang MRT and Office

-Official Working Hours:
Mon-Fri:
830am to 530pm
