- Market prime residential properties for sale and/or lease.
- Pitch for new marketing appointments.
- Update landlords/vendors on marketing activities.
- Provide clients with periodic market updates and exceptional service.
- Independently develop a network of clients and referral partners.
- Attend industry or corporate events and network effectively.
- Serve as an ambassador for the Knight Frank brand.
- Engage in cold calling and other business development initiatives.
- Eligible for registration as a salesperson with CEA.
- Holds a degree or diploma in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar industry.
- Possesses excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Enjoys interacting with people regularly and is a people person.
- Able to work well within a team, while also being capable of working independently and self-motivated
