Job Summary:




The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing sales operations, and developing strategies to enhance the client base for company. The role requires a dynamic individual with strong sales and marketing skills, particularly in the beauty industry, who can effectively manage a team, analyze market trends, and develop sales strategies.




Key Responsibilities:


  1. Sales Strategy Development and Implementation:
    Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve company sales goals and profitability.
    Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
    Create and implement promotional campaigns to attract new clients and retain existing ones.

  2. Team Management:
    Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets. Conduct regular training sessions to improve team members’ product knowledge and sales techniques. Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.

  3. Client Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
    Address customer complaints and inquiries promptly and professionally.
    Develop strategies to increase client retention and loyalty.

  4. Sales Operations:
    Oversee daily sales operations, including appointment scheduling, client consultations, and product recommendations.
    Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and procedures.
    Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular sales reports for management review.

  5. Marketing and Promotions:
    Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies and promotional activities.
    Plan and execute events, workshops, and special promotions to boost salon visibility and sales.
    Utilize digital marketing tools and social media platforms to enhance brand awareness and attract new clients.

  6. Financial Management:
    Monitor sales budgets and control expenses to meet financial objectives. Analyze sales data to forecast future sales trends and set realistic sales targets.
    Ensure proper handling of financial transactions and maintain accurate records of sales revenue.

  7. Product Management:
    Stay updated on the latest beauty products and services in the market.
    Work with suppliers and vendors to ensure a diverse range of high-quality products.
    Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability and minimize wastage.


Qualifications:


  • Minimum diploma in Beauty Industry, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the beauty industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.


Work Conditions:


  • Full-time position.
  • Must be able to work retails hours, including evenings and weekends and public holidays,
  • Will be required to travel for business meetings, events, and training sessions.
